Final cleaning is charged with the first or last month’s rent. Price list valid from January 2025 (incl. operating costs and VAT), prices are subject to change. Unfortunately we do not accept credit or debit cards. We kindly ask you to pay the rent within the first 10 days of the month (except AmexCo.), bank transfer or in cash at our office.
